TULA Life Balanced, LLC (“TULA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you use our website at www.tulabalanced.com (the “Site”), our web application (the “App”), and related services, communications, and offerings (collectively, the “TULA Platform”).

The TULA Platform is operated in the United States and is intended for users located in the United States.

Depending on how you use the TULA Platform, you may provide:

  • Notes you submit in connection with services

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). TULA does not store full payment card numbers.

  • Provide essential site/app functionality

We do not sell personal information for money.


5. Targeted Advertising and “Sale” or “Sharing”

We may use third-party advertising technologies that help us deliver interest-based ads and measure campaign performance. Under certain state privacy laws, some of these activities may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (even when no money is exchanged), particularly when used for cross-context behavioral advertising.

  • Provide and operate the TULA Platform

  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations
  • Resolve disputes and enforce agreements
  • Maintain security and prevent fraud

When information is no longer needed, we delete, de-identify, or anonymize it.


8. Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.


9. Children’s Privacy

The TULA Platform is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.


10. Your Choices

Marketing Emails

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link in the email.

Marketing Text Messages

If you receive marketing texts, you can opt out by replying STOP (standard messaging rates may apply).

Account Information

You may access and update certain profile information by logging into your account. If you need help correcting information you cannot edit, contact us.

Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you use multiple browsers or devices, you will need to update settings on each.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.


12. International Visitors

The TULA Platform is operated in the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice (e.g., by email or prominent notice on the Platform).
