THINGS WE LOVE

We’re excited to bring you a recap of our favorite new TULA Scoop feature, where we take turns highlighting a few things we’re loving at the moment! We’d also love to hear what you’re loving—so feel free to send us a note and a link, and we might just feature it. After all, nothing beats sharing the love!

Megan’s Picks:

📖 Hot Read: The Fourth Wing

And I do mean hot... haha. My sister recommended this book (there are three in the series), and since I hadn’t finished a book in over a year, I didn’t think I’d get through it. But I did. In record time. Think Hunger Games but a little spicier—with more dragons. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but... 5 stars. Highly recommend!

🌿
Hot Take: Landscape Design

Okay, this might be a tiny bit of a shameless plug, but you'll thank me! My husband owns the incredible landscape design company Ivy Street Design. They’re based in Denver but create stunning, sustainable landscapes for people all over! I’m currently working with them on our front yard design, and the process has been seamless. If you're considering a landscape upgrade, check them out!

💧
Hot Drink: Unwell Hydration

I’m a total sucker for great branding and design, so these had me hooked the moment I saw them. Turns out, they taste amazing and pack an extra boost of electrolytes—because honestly, who couldn’t use more hydration? Besides delegating what doesn’t serve you (ahem, go ahead and send those TO-DOs to TULA), staying hydrated is pretty high on the life advice list!

Bonus: The founder of Unwell is also the host of the hilarious Call Her Daddy podcast—highly recommend!

🖤
Lululemon Leggings

Not exactly new to the scene, but the Nulu fabric is next-level—like butter. I live in these. My family might even say I wear them too much. Perfect for workouts, errands, travel—basically everything! If you want a more budget-friendly option, check out these Amazon dupes that are getting rave reviews.

👓
Look Optics Readers

It took me a while to admit I needed these, but after months of holding menus at arm’s length, I finally caved. Now, I’m embracing cute glasses and being able to read menus again. Win-win!

🧦
Lululemon Socks

Yes, I’m talking about socks. And no, I’m not sorry. Fresh, crisp socks are one of my favorite things ever, and these feel extra fresh. Plus, according to my 12-year-old, they’re "sigma."

🎁
Custom Wrapping Paper

It’s that time of year! I love planning out my wrapping theme, and this year—it’s personal. The girls' gifts will be wrapped in paper printed with their names, and I might be a little too excited about it.

🔋
Portable Phone Charger

Typing this at the airport while staring at my dying phone battery... yep, forgot my charger. Boo. This one is super fast, lightweight, sticks to your phone, and the bright colors make it easy to find in your bag!

🎒
TOPO Travel Bag Organizer

Speaking of travel… these TOPO accessory bags are a game changer. I have one for everyone in my family. They keep chargers, cords, AirPods, chapstick, snacks—everything—together. Just zip it up and toss it in your bag. Bonus: TOPO is a Denver-based brand, and we love supporting hometown businesses!

🎧 Mom Coded 90s Bangers Playlist

For car singalongs, mood boosts, and embarrassing your children.
This custom playlist of 90s bangers is my go-to for hand dancing in traffic (my girls hate it, which makes me love it more). Whether you need a pick-me-up or just want to belt out some Destiny’s Child, it never misses. Got a hot track to add? Send it our way.

📱 Girly Phone Case

Apparently it’s “sigma,” so that feels like a win.
I’m tough on phone cases — I either drop my phone constantly or get bored of the color after a week. But this one’s a keeper. Cute, grippy, and kid-approved (according to my daughters’ Gen Alpha standards).

London Fog @ Home

Coffee isn’t my thing... but this? Yes.
I’ll never be a coffee girl (tried, failed), but a London Fog is my cozy caffeine sweet spot. This tea concentrate makes it easy to recreate at home, and paired with a mini milk frother, it’s basically a fancy drink in pajamas. Smells amazing, too.

🧳 The MVP Travel Duffel

Big bag energy, in the best way.
This duffel fits everything — laptop, hoodie, emergency snacks — and still somehow zips. There’s even a secret shoe pocket and tons of compartments to keep the chaos contained. Bonus: it’s currently on sale. Mother’s Day gift to self? Approved.

💨 Dry Shampoo for the Win

Because my wash schedule is… unpredictable.
This dry shampoo is a non-negotiable in my lineup. Smells great, adds volume, and buys me another day between washes. Grab the full size and the travel version — future you will be so grateful.

🍪 The Best Ice Cream Cookie Sammy

The snack of all snacks.
Chocolate chip cookies are my love language. Add ice cream? Done deal. Trader Joe’s nailed it with these sandwich treats — and if you’re not already grabbing them on your next grocery run, you should be.

📓 Best Notebook Ever

A TULA-era essential.
These notebooks have been with me through every meeting, brainstorm, and late-night list session since the early days of TULA. Cracking open a new one feels like turning the page on a fresh start — nerdy, but true.

Kiehl’s Vitamin C Serum

Skincare that makes me feel like I have my life together.
This came in a curated kit and I’ve been obsessed ever since. It’s light, non-greasy, and actually makes me feel like I’m doing something good for my skin — without a complicated 12-step routine.

📅 Jam Fam Calendar

Honestly? Life-changing.
Yes, we partnered with Jam — but I’m also a real, legit user and fan. For the first time ever, my husband is in a family system and even calls me out when I forget to update it (rude, but fair). It’s made our schedules feel manageable instead of maddening. Bonus: you can forward sports schedules, birthday invites, anything — and it auto-adds to your calendar. Mind. Blown.

Cody’s Picks:

🎭 Biodance Real Deep Mask

After stocking up on skincare in South Korea (the unofficial skincare capital of the world), I ran out of my beloved masks. Lucky for you (and me), I just discovered you can order them on Amazon! I sleep in one of these once a week, and my skin glows after. Enjoy!

💃
Moms Feelin’ Themselves

The gals behind this brand are just the coolest.  We have had the pleasure of working with them on a few giveaways and collabs- and just absolutely love the energy they bring and the cause they support.  In their own words, "we seek to release moms from the grind of daily motherhood, the overwhelm of the mental load, the rigidity of nap schedules and the drudgery of the laundry through our community events and other offerings."  As an event gal myself- I can confirm they definitely know how to throw a party.

👕
COMFRT Sweat Suits

I know there are tons of luxe sweatsuits out there, but my husband gifted me a full COMFRT set for Valentine’s Day (yes, really—keeping things spicy!). And I love it. Super thick, cozy, but not bulky. Even better? They have matching sets for kids!

👗
Nuuly Clothing Rental

In 2023, I committed to not buying anything new for myself. Enter: Nuuly. I rent clothes I wouldn’t normally buy for special occasions, trips, or everyday wear—and I’ve become much more intentional about my purchases. Highly recommend!

📸
Tamara McTavish Photography

Family photos can feel like a chore, but I was reminded this year how much I love having professional pictures. If you’re in Denver, Tamara is the best—whether for family, business, or branding shots!

📦
Pretty Simple Woven Bum Bag

These give Clare V. vibes without the price tag. Well-made, cute liner, and you can swap out the strap for a fresh look. Bonus: It’s a woman-owned business—yes, please!

📝
Kraft Paper

So simple, but always useful. My go-to for holiday and birthday wrapping, table runners, and rainy day activities. Pro tip: Tape it to the floor or table and let the kids decorate it!

📍
Wanderlog

Our family’s trip-planning secret weapon! We’re heading to South Korea soon, and this app keeps everything organized—flights, hotels, reservations, itineraries, must-visit spots. Highly recommend!

💄
Hero Rescue Balm

Random? Yes. But trust me—this stuff is magic. I have naturally red skin, and somehow, this balm evens everything out without feeling heavy. If you like a no-makeup look, give it a try!

🥪
Snackle Box

Perfect for sports sidelines, hikes, and playdates. Enough said.

🛏️
Cozy Earth Sheets

Worth. The. Splurge. Soft, breathable, temperature-regulating—no regrets!

🔥
Sweat Den (Denver)

If you're a Denver local, check out Sweat Den—Megs and I have been addicted for nine months! Mention TULA and get 50% off your second month.

📸 Mootsh

Great for printing monthly photo highlights—each comes in a cute folder with the date. A perfect way to store memories outside the cloud!

📦
Organization Bins

Clear, sturdy, and great for enclosed spaces—fridge, pantry, closet. Simple and effective!

🧦
BOMBAS Compression Socks

For long flights—no more swollen feet! Total game changer.

🎶 CD Record Player

Bringing back the glory days one burned mix at a time.
I uncovered a massive stash of CDs while cleaning out my childhood closet and realized… I had nowhere to play them. This compact little player looks like a retro record player, plays wirelessly (hello, boom box energy), and is just plain cute. Perfect for anyone who grew up pre-Bluetooth and still believes in the power of a good mixtape.

🖍️ Lucky Rain Dustless Chalk Set

The only chalk I’ll let near my house.
Non-toxic, bright, and way less messy — unless, of course, your kids roll in it. (Not naming names.) Perfect for driveways, Easter baskets, and peace of mind.

🕯️ Old Pine Candle Co.

Candle snob approved.
These handmade soy candles are sustainably made in my hometown of Evergreen, CO — and they smell amazing. I love switching up scents with the seasons, and these last forever. Woman-owned, nature-inspired, and totally gift-worthy.

👚 The Perfect Bodysuit

Weird rec? Maybe. Useful rec? Absolutely.
This is one of those basics I reach for constantly. Double-lined, high-neck, comfy (by bodysuit standards), and works in every season. Comes in a ton of colors and layers like a dream.

🏕️ Camp Light

Gave it to my husband. Already claimed it as mine.
This little light does it all: lantern, flashlight, ambient string lights — check. It’s super well-made, compact, and the perfect companion for camping trips, backyard hangs, or late-night s’mores sessions.

🎂 Birthday Sweatshirts

A little extra? Always.
I’ve been getting a new one of these for my kids each year since they were born — and they’ve become a birthday tradition. They’re cozy, come in adorable colors, and make for the best annual photo ops. Big fan.

🍪 CrateJoy Red Velvet NYC Bake Kit

Rainy day = solved.
This monthly baking box was a birthday gift for my daughter and has turned into a total favorite. Easy, pre-measured recipes (minus the eggs), clear instructions, and actually delicious results. Great for solo baking, playdates, or snack time that makes itself.

👖 Most Comfy Levi’s Jeans

Bought in a packing panic. Never looked back.
These jeans are soft enough to feel like pajamas but still look put together. I grabbed the light wash, but they come in other great colors and are often on sale. Pro tip: they run a little big, so size down if you want a more fitted look.

📦 The Short Years Memory Box

A gift to my future self.
These ready-to-go keepsake boxes make it easy to store the sweet stuff — notes, art, class photos, awards — all in one place and organized by grade. Way better than random piles shoved in drawers. Highly recommend if you’re short on time (or patience).

Sports Equipment Organizer

Because loose balls = tripping hazard.
This cart was the unsung hero of our garage makeover. Easy to assemble, super sturdy, and holds everything. Finally, no more gear avalanches every time the door opens.

🧣 Bandanas

Functional, cute, and river trip–approved.
I gifted these to friends before a girls’ float trip and they were perfect for keeping cool — just dip in cold water and wear around your neck. Bonus: the patterns are adorable and they double as a fun accessory all summer long.

🛴 Scooter Carry-On Bags

Game-changer for kid travel.
Our kids (8 & 10) love these ride-on bags — and so do we. They zoom through airports, carry their own stuff, and actually look forward to early travel mornings. No more dragging tired feet (or backpacks). Travel days = significantly less chaotic.
